Josh did an excellent job of assisting us with scheduling a test drive of our new vehicle, and getting us all the information we needed before making a decision whether to proceed with the purchase. Wayne (Finance Manager) was able to secure us a great rate for financing, and a reasonable monthly payment that included a bumper-to-bumper service contract that can't be beat. Great experience all around! We saw a 2023 Jeep gladiator we liked online. My husband contacted them by phone. The sales man Rowdy did amazing with communication! He sent us all the dealer fees a video of the truck kept in contact with us from Monday to Friday when we could come see it ( we live 3 hours away). We arrived Friday rowdy came to meet us had the gladiator already up front ready to go. He wasted zero time which we loved! He was nice and personable not pushy at all. The sales manager was honest and gave us a great deal on our trade in. He and the finance director worked with great with us to get us the best deal and interest rate and made sure the payment fit in our budget. Everyone was honest and upfront and treated us with respect. They even washed and filled the car up with a tank of gas before we left. It was definitely worth the 3 hour drive!

Well from my recent experience with trading in and purchasing a used vehicle from Seth Wadley Chevrolet Buick GMC of Pauls Valley I will never recommend anyone to ever purchase a used vehicle with them. I purchased my 2015 Dodge Journey on August 11th and drove it back home to Broken Arrow Oklahoma 6 hours total of driving that evening. James Brumbaugh my dealer was so helpful and quick to get me situated and all in all did a fantastic job at assisting me, but about a week to two weeks after having the car I noticed my vents acting up not wanting to blow out of the vents that it’s set too that or half my vents would be blowing hot air, and the other half blowing cold air regardless of what I’d have it set too. Then I noticed that the car would shutter when I would accelerate to get onto the highways almost like it was kicking back at me. I expressed all of these issues with my salesman almost immediately after noticing them, he informed me that that he was let go and I would need to contact the dealership so I did and let me tell you no one will hardly ever return or even answer a call, I’ve even called a requested specific mangers such as Greg McKinney and Brad, and I had left messages with them and received no call back what so ever. They told me I’d have to pay out of pocket for diagnosis and repairs even tho I’ve only had the vehicle two months now. And the process of me trying to contact anyone there has taken the last two 1/2 weeks now. I’ve spoken to their newest manager Sean, and he had no answers for me, I’ve even texted the gentleman in financing Deondre that originally assisted me with my trade in and paperwork, and he even hasn’t answered me back. I’ve also spoken with a Nicole there who also had no answers for me. BUT to the ones who did answer any of my calls they could definitely assist me with transferring me to another line that (if you couldn’t guess it by now) couldn’t answer their phone. Another thing that was very frustrating was that when I drove my new/used vehicle home they had informed me that they had arranged tow pickup for my trade in since I lived 3 hours away and the transmission was out on my trade in, told me it would be picked up in a week…. It took over a month for them to come pick it up and in that time it had upset my landlord because it was in inoperable vehicle on property and that’s out off our lease agreement! So countless times reaching out to find out when it would be picked up so I could avoid any fines etc. it came down to my car dealer James having to bring his personal trailer and truck to my house and pick my trade in up for me, and then they turned around and fired the one person who actually seemed to be helping me with my issues, and concerns. Also on another note make sure you check price on their website before going to work numbers, they like to change the website if customer hasn’t seen it. I usually wouldn’t jump to make a long ranting post about a business, but tonight was an eye opener that I’ve been ripped off, while I was driving home tonight with my 3 year old daughter in the car with me cold in the back because the heat won’t blow out of her vents and because the heat wouldn’t blow out of most the vents my windows started to fog up bad and made it really hard to see driving. And it hit me “these people expect me to pay for repairs on a vehicle that they obviously did not service properly to begin with, and a vehicle that I’ve only had for 2 months from them” I’m a single mother of two, a 3 year old and a 2 year old and I don’t even feel comfortable making my kids ride in this vehicle” got me out of a terrible car situation just to put me right into another miserable car situation.

My salesman is Cody Bohanan. Cody was one of the most professional, sincere, and easy going salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of ever doing business with. There are numerous dealerships in the almost 8hrs between where I live and the Dodge dealership in Pauls Valley, Ok. After speaking with Cody over the phone on a couple of occasions and finding the vehicle that met my needs I knew I found the right place. I arrived at the dealership to look over my new ride and within 2 hours I was southbound on my way home. In all my years of purchasing vehicles I have never had a vehicle purchase go so smooth and quickly without any issues as it did for me that day. I was very happy with everything that transpired. I can’t speak highly enough about Cody and the vehicle sales staff at Seth Wadley. They made me feel right at home, we’re genuinely concerned about my vehicle needs and wanted to make sure all my needs were met before I left.
